欧印合作

今年4月，50多位来自欧盟和印度的银行业、风机制造业、风电开发商、技术专家、以及印度政府官员聚会印度首都，讨论如何帮助欧洲投资者顺利进入印度市场，圆桌会议富有成效地就如何消除在诸如融资、并网、上网电价、技术转让等方面的分歧进行了讨论和协商。该会议是在欧盟与印度风能合作框架下组织召开的，成果将汇入2007年定稿的“风电融资--帮助欧洲投资印度风电”报告中。
